Some might call me a nut, a conspiracy theorist. That is fine. I don’t care. What I endeavor to do is protect my family from what is coming.
So, what is coming? For most of my adult life, I have been thinking about being prepared for anything. It could be a blizzard, tornado, an EMP, grid down, social unrest, you name it. You see, being prepared isn’t a new concept. In years gone by, our parents, grandparents, and their parents were “preppers”. They had extra food in the house. They had guns and bullets. They were prepared for anything. Then as our society became more automated, more comfortable, we lost that edge. Today, most homes in the United States only have enough food for their family for a few days at best. The thinking is, “I can just run to the grocery store or McDonald's if I need food”. So, when something big happens, they are out of food quickly and they must find ways to feed their family.
Something is coming. We can all feel it. It doesn’t matter if it is an ice storm or martial law. Something is going to happen in our lifetimes where you will wish you were better prepared. What we are witnessing geopolitically in the world today is much bigger than we know. The 2020 election is about a lot more than Donald Trump and Joe Biden. Much bigger. It is about good vs evil.
Just as Christians believe that God is a living being today, rest assured, Satan is alive and well also. I challenge you all to read your Bibles. You can get it in the app form on your phone too, but paper is better. It cannot be changed. Anyway, read Luke 21, Matthew 24, and the Book of Revelation. Compare what you read in the pages of the Bible to the news channels. Do you think we are in the End Times? Do you think there is something going on?
Indeed, it is hard to wade through fact and fiction out there. There is an endless amount of theories, stories, information out there regarding the presidential election, and all its trappings. What I do know is that what we are seeing is truly historic. The censorship of Christians and conservatives across all social media platforms is incredibly frightening. I don’t care if you love Trump or hate him, the fact that millions of American voices can be silenced in the flip of a switch should concern everyone. It is wrong. It is un-American, plain, and simple.
Why are these tech giants silencing the people? Theories exist, and they are indeed frightening as well. But something is afoot. Something big is happening. Whatever it is, I can only pray that the evil of this world gets rooted out and crushed under the full weight of justice.
Am I scared about what is going on? Am I worried? Not in the least. God, who created the universe remains in control of my life and the entire world. He “does not give us the spirit of fear, but power, love and sound mind”- 2 Tim 1:7. He gives the power to prepare, to be alert, and to stand strong. He gives us the spirit of love so that we overwhelmingly want to take care of our families, and each other out of love. He gives us sound mind to be able to discern good from evil, right from wrong, and the ability to choose what is right. We cannot stop prophecy and its fulfillment. We cannot stop the Will of the Lord. But we can adore Him and trust Him enough to know that He will never forsake His children.
So what can you do? All is not lost. Give your life to Christ. He is your Savior. The life you have was created and will never end. After this life, there is a much better life waiting for us. One without pain, without tears, without death, without sin. But we have to acquire the access we need today, right now. Ask Jesus to enter your life, you and your soul will be forever transformed.
What else can you do? Have one month of food storage, water supply, medical supplies- enough for your whole family at home. Keep gas tanks full. Have a backup generator or be prepared to be without power for a long time. Have a family, friends, neighborhood communications plan practiced and ready. Cell phones may be unavailable. Have two-way radios available. Ham radio, GMRS, FRS are great ways to coordinate with your family and like-minded people. A shortwave radio is also a must. Especially given the rampant censorship, shortwave radio may be the only way to receive true information during a crisis. Of course, have enough firearms and ammunition along with the will to do whatever it takes to protect it all, no matter the cost.
Get off of Facebook, Twitter, and Google, if you aren't banned already. Remember, Zuckerberg, Dorsey and the like hate you and me. You are the product and yet, they despise you. Use Parler, once it gets on its new servers. Use Rumble instead of YouTube. Use the Signal or Telegram app for secure messaging. Use ProtonMail for encrypted email. Take a stand for your freedom and safety.
Yes, something is coming. But if you are prepared mentally and spiritually you can survive whatever this evil world will throw at you.
